Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

Rasavani offers free features and paid subscription plans. Paid plans unlock premium features such as detailed charts, four-level dasha, dosha remedies, the full match report, and expanded AI Pandit usage. Current pricing is shown in the app and at checkout.

2. No Refunds

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Because the Service provides immediate access to digital content and features upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for any subscription fee, in whole or in part, including for unused periods, partial billing cycles, or change of mind.

This no-refund policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period; you retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

• Mobile app (Google Play): manage or cancel through your Google Play account > Subscriptions.
• Website (Razorpay): cancel as described at checkout or by contacting us at support@rasavani.in.

4. Google Play Purchases

Purchases made through Google Play are also subject to Google Play’s own policies. Where Google Play’s policies grant you a refund right (for example, certain unauthorized or accidental purchases handled directly by Google), those rights are unaffected by this Policy and are processed by Google in accordance with its terms.

6. Changes to This Policy
