1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Description of the Service

Rasavani provides Telugu-first Vedic astrology content, including the daily Panchangam, festival and vrat calendar, kundali and divisional charts, dashas, doshas, Ashtakoot match analysis, an AI-assisted guidance feature (“AI Pandit”), and devotional content. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription.

4. No Professional Advice

The Service provides astrological and spiritual content for guidance, reflection, and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of any astrological prediction or guidance. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make, and you agree not to rely on the Service as your sole basis for any significant life, health, legal, or financial decision.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Web subscriptions are processed through Razorpay; in-app subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Current pricing is shown in the app and at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable processor to charge the fees disclosed at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, in accordance with the platform through which you subscribed.
• You can manage or cancel an in-app subscription through your Google Play account settings; web subscriptions are managed as described at checkout.
• Prices and features may change; we will give notice where required by law before changes affect you.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or data except as permitted by law;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to any system or account;
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission;
• Misuse the AI Pandit feature to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and content (excluding your personal data and content you submit), is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you submit (such as birth details and questions). You grant us a limited license to process that information solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that astrological content will be accurate or produce any particular result.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Rasavani, its operator, partners, employees, or associates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rasavani and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any lawful reason. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts located in Karimnagar, Telangana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
